Bourbon Oak Aged Scotch Ale brewed with Maris Otter malt and UK East Kent Goldings hops creates a malt forward ale with hints of caramel. Bourbon Oak aging imparts earthy and spiced undertones.
Smooth mildly roasted Stout brewed with Vandergrift’s Own Sweetlane Chocolate, Lactose Sugar, Vanilla and a touch of Cinnamon creating hints of bittersweet chocolate.
Incredible beer, food and service! It was first time trying Allusion and won’t be our last. The chef salad was huge, really fresh and delicious! I had the cider on tap, which was Pear, and it was really crisp, just the right amount of sweet, and the perfect compliment to a warm September night.
My hubby tried the bratwurst, which he loved and the “Gently Rapping” pumpkin spiced ale. He raved about the flavors!
This place has the BEST beers. Great atmosphere, wonderful owner, brewer, and staff. We just had a family dinner at Allusion, too! Their paninis are to die for, especially the Cuban and Lingonbetry Turkey. Get the combo with one of their soups, you won't regret it!

Allusion has it all for a craft brewery. They make amazing beers for all types of tastes. I personally am very selective and haven’t had a bad drink there yet! The food is excellent and the food truck days add even more to the experience. The team at Allusion cares about their craft and experience. Highly recommend for the craft brewery lover.
This is honestly the greatest brewery I have ever been to. The staff is super friendly the owners are almost always there to answer questions, and the beer is fantastic! They brew some wild beers! Tonight I tried the intrinsic which is a blue raspberry sour patch kid be brewed with 40lbs of blue razz candy. But from the wild to the perfectly balanced there's a beer here for everyone!!! Get to Allusion and grab a beer!
